Airway Office Park is located within the Douglas Park master planned community and is designed as a commercial condominium project with shared parking and green space amenities.
The project consists of individual office condominiums. Unit sizes can range from approximately 3,000 to 60,000 square feet. Full floors or buildings available.
The architectural expression of the buildings is contemporary and offers individual signage opportunities for all units. All of the units have roll-up glass doors that lead to private patio or covered balcony spaces. The building design encourages natural light and ventilation into the workspace.
Airway Office Park will be built to current CALGreen building codes and incorporate sustainable design solutions like recycled content materials, efficient building systems and indigenous plantings that result in healthier buildings, improved work environments, lower operational costs and natural resources conservation.

The SA Properties Company’s Harbor Freight build-to-suit project consists of a 16,000 sf concrete tilt-up building with contemporary exterior features in line with proposed tenants branding and building requirements.
Successful abandonment and mitigation of existing oil wells on the site was required to create a developable 70,000 sf site.
Entitlement approvals required a recorded lot merger.
The site is located directly off the 405 freeway and Atlantic Avenue in Long Beach, California.
The project is designed by HMR Architects. The General Contractor is Norm Wilson & Sons.
Estimated completion is 4th quarter 2022.

Laserfiche’s corporate headquarters is an architecturally significant creative office building that showcases the company’s commitment to innovation and technology.
The ground-up 4-story, approximately 100,000 sf, office building is made of steel and glass construction with a large exterior amenity space for employees and an adjacent 3-story parking garage.
The design supports an open and collaborative work environment for their employees and offers exceptional freeways visibility.
The building site posed unique environmental challenges for the development team with active oil wells, tank farms and an unimproved alleyway.
The building is designed to LEED and WELL Gold standard and reflects the company's strong commitment to corporate social responsibility.
The new building will serve as a gateway to the Bixby Knolls neighborhood in Long Beach and is directly off of the 405 freeway.
The project is designed by Studio 111 Architects. Construction is scheduled to begin in mid 2019.

The Terminal is located within the Douglas Park master planned community and is designed as a commercial condominium project with shared parking and green space amenities.
The architectural expression of the buildings is clean and contemporary. The project consists of 4 individual buildings and offers 20 office condominiums. Many of the units have covered balconies, private patio spaces, and roll-up glass doors. The building design encourages natural light and ventilation into the workspace.
Unit sizes range from 2,300 to 2,800 square feet. Units can be combined in any number of configurations for larger spaces.

Metropolitan Stevedore's new corporate office is a 40,000 square foot concrete tilt-up located in Douglas Park, Long Beach.
It features enhanced architectural elements and has an exterior amenity area designed for employees and corporate events.
In addition, the parking lot includes solar covered parking stalls designed to generate over 385,000 kWh per year. The covered parking area also includes electric car charging stations for employees.
The building was designed to a LEED Silver standard and reflects the company's strong commitment to the environment and green initiatives.
The project was designed by DRA Architects. The building was completed in February 2016.

Douglas Park Medical Office II is a 52,000 square foot 3-story concrete tilt-up medical office building. The building consists of 2 usable stories over podium parking with enhanced architectural finishes.
The building is part of a two building medical office park that has a shared amenity space and a reciprocal access agreement to create a parking ratio of approximately 5 per 1000 square feet of usable building square footage.
The project is part of the former Boeing plant in Long Beach and required complex coordination of entitlements and special land use restriction compliance.
In addition to the design and construction of the core and warm shell building, Urbana Development coordinated the tenant improvements for an imaging center and two large medical office tenants.
The project was designed by Ware Malcomb Architects and built by Mille & Severson General Contractors.

Psychic Temple of the Holy Kiss is the adaptive reuse of the second oldest standing commercial building in downtown Long Beach into creative office space for a marketing firm. The building was most recently known as the American Hotel.
Urbana Development helped to secure the building as part of a disposition and development agreement with the City of Long Beach.
The core and shell project involved significant structural and seismic improvements as well as complying with the City of Long Beach Cultural Heritage Commission approvals and historical restoration guidelines.
The building is listed as Historical Landmark by the City of Long Beach.

East Village Creative Offices is the unique adaptive reuse of a former furniture showroom and two neighboring buildings in downtown Long Beach.
The 19,000 square foot office-condominium conversion created 8 commercial office units ranging in size from 1,700 to 5,000 square feet and includes 22 on-site parking spaces.
An interior paseo was created between two of the buildings to allow light into the office spaces. The art deco facade on the brick building was uncovered during construction and restored.
This project was transformative to the emerging arts district in downtown Long Beach and has attracted destination retail and creative companies to the area.
The project was designed by Studio 111 Architects and built by JR van Dijs, Inc.
