The Terminal

The Terminal at Douglas Park is a 100,000 square feet creative office environment focused on collaboration and open spaces that offers unique ownership opportunities.

The Terminal is located within the Douglas Park master planned community and is designed as a commercial condominium project with shared parking and green space amenities.

The architectural expression of the buildings is clean and contemporary.  The project consists of 4 individual buildings and offers 20 office condominiums. Many of the units have covered balconies, private patio spaces, and roll-up glass doors. The building design encourages natural light and ventilation into the workspace.

Unit sizes range from 2,300 to 2,800 square feet. Units can be combined in any number of configurations for larger spaces.

The Terminal at Douglas Park was built to current CALGreen building codes and incorporate sustainable design solutions like recycled content materials, efficient building systems and indigenous plantings that result in healthier buildings, improved work environments, lower operational costs and natural resources conservation.

The buildings were designed by DRA Architects and built by Norm Wilson and Sons Contractors. Landscape was designed by Mark Tessier Landscape Architecture. Construction completed 4th Quarter 2018.
